Have I just hogged down a bottle of sleeping pills drowned in 2 pitchers of Vodka or has Mark Bolton been named in the side to play this week. I think Sheedy and crew were looking at Sydney’s team stats when someone shouted out “Bolton Is a Shoe In”…. just it happens to be the wrong freaking Bolton.
You can’t be freakin serious, and then to add Jason “I need to go to Teen Fit Camp” Laycock and we have some cracking additions to play the Red and the White.
1. Sheedy is back to his retarded, demented and plain and simply mind numbingly warped match selections, because you can be sure as Anna Kournikova is hot (Enrique is an idiot) that Bolton was picked to play on Goodes. What a way to play a man back into Brownlow form, Goodes has not been to flash so far this year, he will have a picnic and dine out on some Bolton Broth.

2. Jason Laycock still is not fit enough to run out of the range of a backyard sprinkler.
3. Why has Ricky Dyson been dropped “AGAIN”, JC WTF does he have to do he did some really good things late in the game… He has become the new Ted Richards.
4. Jobe won’t fly up with the team, but he will leave Tullamarine around 20 minutes before the bounce because Sheedy wants to keep him fresh for the last 5 minutes of the game when it’s all but gone. Even though he is our No.1 clearance player and really striking some good form, we need to keep him under wraps.
5. I will continue my tirades all season long until I am satisfied that some common sense is being used… So I guess we can all look forward to me going off like Clarko each week. (Caro’s a dumb b****, with no ethics, what goes around comes around).
I better get to the game. We travel up north to land of the tootoo’s and iced tea at Bronte!! We have come off the back on a monster comeback courtesy of Jobe 4.16 Son Of Tim… TESTIFY!!!
Well I am not getting my hopes up especially on the back on the “INS”… or more likely INSANE.
Key Match Ups
Mark Bolton vs. Adam Goodes – I don’t care what anyone says, Goodes will have a monster game and Bolton will be the superstar getting a new rectal cavity created by the reining Brownlow Medallist, and sure enough because of Bolton’s ability to be crap it will force Ryder to be played on him and take Paddy away from his gig down back.
Mark Bolton vs. Ryan O’Keefe – Well if Bolts doesn’t get Goody, he will be sure enough to line up on O’Keefe and he could also have a monster game – FINGGREAT
Mark Bolton vs Essendon Supporters – This is probably an post game match up, because you can bet my hot wife’s G String we will be calling for his head on a plate
Seriously if Sheedy wants us to win this game he has to do a couple of the following…
1. Play McPhee on O’Loughlin, Micky O has too much pace and guile and needs to be nullified early with some agro and grunt
2. Play Welsh on O’Keefe, is Woosha’s hammy is ready he needs to run and stick like glue to O’Keefe all day because he gets too much space too often and is the key to much of the supply into the forward line.
3. Play Slattery on Davis, he is another who once he gets going can run wild and needs to be played tight, also can be a real play maker much like O’Keefe
I see these 3 as the keys to most if not all Sydney victories, as very rarely will Sydney lose if they play well…… Goodes, Hall etc… can do what they like but these 3 guys can be the gauge and catalyst to any win they have. How many times for example do you see O’Keefe lead up to the wing, then run around and nail a low flat pass to Micky O on a lead to eventuate in a goal….
The one thing we need to be red hot on is our chase and tackle. Sydney are one of the best Gang tackling teams and have set the benchmark for the best part of the last 4-5 years, and we need to ensure we match and even surpass that intensity. The game will be ugly and the team needs to be prepared to play ugly to scrag and win the ball but then also be equally prepared to back themselves and run the lines as the Sydney defence is well drilled and one of the best TEAM units you will find.
The X Factor
Lloyd, Matthew Lloyd needs to play that hit up CHF role, present, crash packs, come off the square…. he needs to dig deep because he is not going to get the job done at FF because the ball will spend most of it’s time around the centre of the ground and around the wings, thus he needs to be involved. LIFT LLOYDY LIFT son, show us the fire that rages in your belly, show the doubters you are the Enforcer you can be!!! Lead from the front and leave the square to Lucas…
Lucas, just leave Scotty alone in the square because they will have to play someone like Barry or Richards on him and Lucas has far superior bodywork and will be more damaging with short leads from that square and will take Barry, Richards away from playing loose man in defence.
The Y Factor
I don’t need to repeat myself, if you read the first part of my preview… Nuff Said!!!
So COME ON BOYS bloody lift for the SASH for the Yellow Band…bring this baby home and Sheedy… DO SOMETHING!!!!!
