Essendon and the Kangaroos have submitted their final teams for this Monday’s season opener at the Phone Dome.

Essendon have left out Courtney Johns, Angus Monfries and Damien Peverill from the original squad, with both Johns and Peverill playing for Bendigo in a practice match on Saturday afternoon.
