- Welsh was great up forward. 5 first half goals. spoke to him after the game said just rested in 2nd half. will be right next week.
– Lee presented well and did well when delivery was direct.
– Hislop great overhead for his size.
– Lovett easily B.O.G. also spoke to him after the game and said he ran out the game easy. showing better leadership.
– Danny Charters is Kepler Bradley reincarnated. Panics under pressure and disposal is woeful.
– Johns strained quad. Judging by the amount he was swearing it looks like a bad one.
– Bellchambers may be a find. great leap and tap. shows aggression and has good skills for a big man.
– Monfries, Reimers had good games as you’d expect but didn’t dominate.
– Hooker might be a steal. Has a great work ethic. i counted 3 times he presented to the wing and then followed up to get the ball inside 50.
– The team lacked a little cohesion but that’ll come with playing with each other more. Most of these boys have never played together.

- Pears was very very very ordinary.
– Monfries got better.
– Welsh kicked 5 straight and was AWESOME up forward then was rested.
– Lovett probably the best on field. Needs to work harder defensively but did tackle well and ran well into space.
– Hislop was tough as, let the love affairs begin.
– Reimers patchy but ok, as JM said seems to run on the spot a bit.
– CJ well i still haven’t seen him play a full game
– Neagle took a screamer had about 5 kicks and limped after the siren went with some cramp.
– Bellchambers, see new thread in two minutes.
– Magin, Dick, Atkinson all missed out cause of the 12-10 rule. Pev saved just in case for tomorrow.
– Lovett kicked a nice torpedo goal, G.O.D. smiled, Rama and Knights loved it.
– Good to see most of the seniors there. Campo’s twins are just a little cuter then Davey’s twins.
– Andy Lee was not really in it in the second half.
– Hooker was impressive in the second half, took some clean marks and never goes to ground.
– Overall a good effort. I would expect Welsh and Lovett to play seniors next week if needed and fit. Monfries not quite there.
