Training Report - 2/6/09

I dropped in on training this morning, it was just a light session but here are some notes I took from the session.

Modified Group: Hurley, Williams, Dempsey and Nat Rat.

Hurley: looked good, just has the wrist slightly strapped but definently looks like he will be back straight after the break.

Dempsey: Completed most of the mod session, and then went off to do a fitness test, Didnt look 100% convincing but he wasnt in any pain. But he was just kicking on his left foot. I would say he is a 50/50 for this week.

Players that were there but Didnt train were…Laycock, Gumby, Nash, Magin, Fletch and Winderlich.

Gumby: did some handballing b4 going in for a swim.
Laycock: just did some handballing.
Fletcher: didnt look sore or in pain and I would say he would be back Rd 12
Winderlich: was also taking it easy did some handball work and his kicking for goal was really elite didnt miss from the pocket on his left foot, looks like they are just giving him a break from training.

Neagle and Hooker stayed back for some goal kicking.

Rama was out there giving Quinn more kicking practice after training.

G O’D was also helping someone with there marking it looked like T. Slattery, was just telling him to take the ball at the highest point.
