Monfries To Miss Two Weeks

Essendon will be without Angus Monfries for a fortnight after he suffered a hamstring strain in the Bombers loss to Collingwood last Friday night.

Jobe Watson however is likely to be available for the Bombers important clash against Sydney at the SCG this Saturday afternoon after missing the Pies clash with a ankle injury.

Pisshead Mark McVeigh is also expected to play despite missing Bendigo’s VFL match yesterday with “general soreness”.
